WP1: Management and Quality

OBJECTIVES :

• Establish a clear management structure.
• Establish the common methodology to meet the project’s objectives on time.
• Establish and regulate internal communication.
• Control the project’s work-plan.
• Carry out adjustments and accounting of the budget to all partners and subcontractors.
• Mitigate external factors to ensure the successful completion of the project.
• Collect data/ outcomes from beneficiaries and compile them into intermediate and final reports.
• Maintain correspondence with the official ERASMUS+ authorities in Brussels and National Erasmus+ Offices
